Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive technology experience across architecture, integrations, data, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Proven track record designing enterprise-scale solutions spanning applications, data, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of C#, enterprise application architecture, and Microsoft technology platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture principles.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, EDI, and system interoperability.
• Ability to balance security, scalability, cost, maintainability, and business value in technology decisions.
• Excellent communication and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise technology solutions aligned with PECO's long-term architecture strategy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and roadmaps.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Drive alignment across applications, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce technical debt.
• Lead integration strategy across APIs, EDI, middleware, and data exchanges.
• Improve enterprise data architecture, governance, and data quality.
• Evaluate software platforms and emerging technologies for fit, security, and maintainability.
• Support cloud-first strategy through Azure architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to identify AI-enabled business capabilities.
• Provide architectural guidance through project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, development, and business teams.
