Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, manage complex programs, and enable executive decision-making with clear governance and risk mitigation. The role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent
• Proven success delivering enterprise-level programs in complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex, multi-year programs with significant business impact
• Partner with business leaders, functional heads, and PMO teams to define scope, resources, and timelines
• Escalate blockers and drive rapid resolution
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Provide executive-ready reporting to leadership committees
