We are seeking an experienced enterprise solutions sales professional to lead our AMER/APAC Enterprise Strategy & Planning sales team. This team provides strategic overlay sales at our largest customers, collaborating with Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Architects, SDRs, and Partners. The role involves setting strategic direction, account planning, and customer engagement, while working with other leaders to optimize our GTM motion for the region.

  • Lead a team of enterprise solution sellers across APAC & AMER.
  • Exceed sales targets and OKRs through effective team management.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive Land & Expand initiatives.
  • Recruit, coach, and monitor performance of ES&P SSEs.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Account Executives, SEs, Advisory Services, Product, and PMM to drive GTM strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of enterprise sales experience in cloud-based software solutions.
  • At least 6 years in sales management, leading teams that meet or exceed targets.
  • Deep expertise in selling Strategic Portfolio Management, PPM, ERP, or CRM solutions.
  • Experience managing CXO relationships and closing complex SaaS transactions.
  • Strong team collaboration skills across sales and channel teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or related field.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we aim for equitable, transparent, and competitive pay. Our base pay ranges are higher than market averages, with actual compensation based on skills and experience. In the US, the ranges are:

Zone A: $196,200 - $261,600
Zone B: $176,600 - $235,400
Zone C: $162,800 - $217,100
