Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; experience with quantitative analysis and data-driven insights.
• Experience on cross-functional projects within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication skills; ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support establishment, execution, and continuous improvement of an internal consulting function within Enterprise Strategy.
• Contribute to development of project intake, prioritization, and performance tracking processes.
• Help build institutional knowledge, reusable tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support tracking and reporting of portfolio performance, including impact, utilization, and value delivered.
• Support execution of high-priority strategic projects from problem definition through implementation across enterprise, business unit, and functional stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous business problems, develop workplans, and drive execution across defined workstreams.
• Contribute to evaluation of strategic trade-offs, risks, and opportunities to inform rapid, data-driven decision-making.
