Collaborating with senior leaders, you will set OKRs and monitoring processes to track progress and adapt strategies in response to insights and shifts in the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• 4+ years enterprise strategic planning experience.
• Advanced experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, operations, finance or related roles.
• Knowledge of strategic frameworks, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate structured strategy/workshops across all organizational levels.
• Synthesize, analyze, and interpret data and insights from business units to support strategic planning.
• Conduct research on market dynamics, industry trends, benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
• Recommend approaches to elicit decisions to form and revise strategies.
• Collaborate with leaders, form OKRs and monitoring processes to ensure progress to strategic plans.
