Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in public health/administration or business or related field; Master's (MPA/ MPH/ MBA or related) preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a professional business environment, health-related experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and refinement of enterprise-wide strategic plans aligned with Mount Sinai’s mission, values, and objectives across clinical, research, and educational activities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across financial, clinical, research, education, and operational teams to identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities, trends, and relationships.
• Conduct environmental scans, market analyses, competitor analyses, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions; use data analytics and demand forecasting to support analysis.
• Synthesize findings into clear, executive-level narratives and recommendations.
• Present recommendations to leaders to inform multi-year strategic investments.
• Translate system priorities into actionable initiatives with measurable performance metrics.
• Serve as a thought partner to enterprise strategy team members.
• Assist in preparing executive reports, board materials, and progress presentations.
