Job summary
Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Technology Service Specialist to maintain enterprise storage systems ensuring high availability and optimal performance for banking operations. You will work with Dell PowerMax/VMAX, Pure Storage, HPE 3PAR, NetApp, and more across on-prem SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and GCP.
Includes RCA, DR, and hybrid/cloud support. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5 years of storage experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of experience maintaining enterprise storage systems.
- Experience with Dell PowerMax/VMAX, Pure Storage, HPE 3PAR, Dell ECS, NetApp.
Responsibilities
- Maintain enterprise storage systems for high availability, performance and capacity.
- Provision and manage storage resources for apps/databases using on-prem SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and GCP.
- Perform RCA for technology infrastructure incidents using storage tools.
- Support hybrid and cloud environments and implement SRDF replication for DR.
- Execute data backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes.
