Position

Enterprise Solutions Specialist - Remote

What You’ll Do
  • Extensive knowledge of business applications used within the multifamily industry such as Yardi Voyager, RealPage, OneSite, and/or ResMan
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles in order to interpret resident ledgers and communicate effectively with accounting personnel, corporate teams, and property teams
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency to set up a new property PMS (Property Management System) from start to finish
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for team members seeking additional training, clarification, or support
  • Monitor the help desk and provide Day to Day support for End-users across Property Management and other related software platforms
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve support requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues, following the escalation paths when necessary
  • Collaborate across departments to document and refine system processes
  • Act as Liaison between internal Bryten teams and Software Vendors
  • Maintain technical functionality of Operational and Financial reports as requested by Leadership. Document scope for creating additional reports as needed
  • Any other task as assigned
Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, in English for business necessities including communications with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both large and small group settings
  • Experience in producing and explaining reports to Clients, Owners, Asset Directors, Site Teams, and new software users
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Two or more years’ experience supporting IT applications used in the multifamily industry
  • Knowledge of cross-system integration and how applications interact within a property management technology ecosystem
  • Proficiency with basic SQL concepts with a working knowledge of database schema and structures
