Enterprise Solutions Quality Assurance Analyst - USDS

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing of product features within the enterprise platform, including chat, scheduling, document management, video conferencing, auto-translation, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and verify product functionality.
• Work with Product SREs to ensure QA during upgrades and fixes, focusing on stability and scalability.
• Execute test cases, document results, and report issues.
• Communicate errors and provide logs to engineers.
• Verify UI, features, backend systems, and report bugs.
• Maintain and update test documentation.
• Participate in discussions on product improvements based on testing insights.
• Assist occasionally with on-call support and answer questions as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams utilizing Mandarin.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for documentation and meetings.
