Job summary

Zelis is a leading healthcare financial technology company seeking a Team Execution Lead to drive delivery across Enterprise Solutions teams. You will guide delivery, plan iterations, manage dependencies, and align stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, and you will promote AI-enabled delivery practices while ensuring production readiness and predictable

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum Master, Delivery/Execution Lead, Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or related technology delivery role.
Experience supporting enterprise applications, software engineering, SaaS applications, workflow systems, integrations, or internal business technology teams is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery, traditional/waterfall, or continuous planning and delivery models.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to manage work, track delivery progress, document decisions, and communicate status.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery execution for Enterprise Solutions teams across enterprise platforms, identity management, integrations, portals, and business applications.
Support continuous planning and delivery by helping teams manage intake, refine priorities, sequence work, and adjust plans as business needs evolve.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Application Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to translate roadmap priorities into actionable delivery plans.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and delivery routines, including planning, backlog refinement, daily coordination, dependency reviews, retrospectives, stakeholder updates, and delivery readiness discussions.
