Job description

Own the end-to-end technical solution for deploying our AI Financial Companion inside banks—on-prem infrastructure, security controls, and integrations with core banking, cards, and transaction systems, from design through UAT and production.

On-prem Banking Deployments & Integrations

Role scope.

Take the platform from design to production go-live inside high-stakes bank environments.

What you will work on

• End-to-end architecture for on-prem deployments: mobile embedding, backend, model serving, data
• Architecture workshops and artifacts: HLD/LLD, data flows, sequence and component diagrams
• Threat modeling, security architecture, control mapping, and non-functional requirements
• Secure integrations with core banking, cards, customer, and transaction systems
• Deployment topology on Kubernetes/OpenShift or VMs: zoning, ingress/egress, service mesh
• Secrets management, PKI/cert lifecycle, HSM considerations, mTLS
• Operational readiness: observability, SLOs, runbooks, release and rollback strategy
• Coordination across bank mobile, integration, IAM, infra teams and our internal engineering

Strong candidates have

• 8+ years in solution architecture; 5+ years delivering enterprise systems
• On-prem or hybrid delivery experience in highly regulated environments
• Proven banking integrations (core banking, cards, transactions) and enterprise integration patterns
• Deep security architecture: IAM (OAuth2/OIDC/SSO), network segmentation, TLS/PKI, audit logging
• Strong backend architecture: microservices, REST/gRPC, event-driven systems, API gateways
• Reliability and operations: observability, SRE, incident management, change control
