Job summary

Capital Resourcing Group is recruiting an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to own architecture across major business and technology programmes from Oxford, with hybrid working. You will define target-state architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and other ERP and SaaS platforms, guiding integration and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to take ownership of architecture across major business and technology programmes. Working across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Fabric, you'll define target-state architectures, guide integration strategy, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to business objectives.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead architecture governance, and work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver robust enterprise-wide solutions.

Key requirements:

• Proven Enterprise Architecture experience across complex environments
