Job summary

Pekin Insurance is seeking an Enterprise Solution & Business Architect to bridge business strategy with technology across Life and P&C domains. The role requires deep expertise in solution and business architecture, with responsibility for current-state assessments, future-state designs, and roadmaps.

You will collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into actionable architectures, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability while guiding delivery teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry across Life and P&C
• Experience in solution architecture and business architecture
• Ability to document current-state and future-state architectures and roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with Life and P&C business and IT stakeholders.
• Document current-state architecture, processes, and data flows.
• Define future-state architecture aligned to strategic priorities and needs.
• Develop future-state concepts, roadmaps, and design recommendations.
• Translate business outcomes into clear solution direction for delivery teams and partners.
• Present recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
