Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or senior technical leadership.
• Experience evaluating large-scale technology ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, API strategies, and DevSecOps.
• Ability to translate assessments into executive-ready plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the existing technology landscape to deliver objective recommendations on retention, retirement, consolidation, modernization, or transition of enterprise applications.
• Establish and enforce robust standards and architectures across cloud, API integrations, and DevSecOps practices.
• Design frameworks to identify and mitigate technical debt with clear guidelines on government software ownership and data rights.
• Create inventories and scoring models to rationalize portfolios and reallocate resources to high-value capabilities.
• Track software consumption metrics to provide granular financial oversight and maximize ROI.
• Define transition plans to mature pilots into sustained enterprise programs.
