eBay Motors is a multi-billion dollar, global portfolio with a focus on the vehicle parts & accessories business, which is among the largest on eBay and core to eBay's strategic future. Within that, a critical component of our success is our commitment to provide value support, insights & partnerships with our top strategic sellers.
We are looking to hire a US Parts & Accessories Manager who will manage some of our largest strategic relationships, including overseeing the strategic direction and execution of key initiatives with a team of dedicated account/partner development managers. This leader will be responsible for accelerating segment growth through defining and driving segment strategy, influencing cross-functional teams at eBay (such as category, product managers, and analytics), and collaborating with key external partners. This role will lead the identification, account development, initiative management, and delivery of key strategic revenue/GMV driving roles within this team while creating a trusted relationship for seller growth. This is a people manager role located in San Jose, CA, New York, NY, or remote locations in the US.
The ideal candidate is an independent, strategic, long-range problem solver who understands the dynamics of two-sided e-commerce marketplaces, understands the critical nature of our top seller segments, collaborates well with cross-functional partners, and possesses strong people manager experience and executive-ready communications.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$101,200 - $174,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
