Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Security Technology Deployment Specialist to own validation, deployment, and standardization of physical security tech across Dallas-area facilities. You will define installation standards, test configurations, and ensure integrations with enterprise systems.

You’ll collaborate with InfoSec, IT, Networking, Infrastructure, and Facilities to shepherd new tools through reviews and deployment, while maintaining scalable, well-documented processes for fast site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise physical security technology in a large or rapidly growing organization.
• Experience running multi-site deployment programs end to end with installers, integrators, and manufacturers.
• Ability to build standardized deployment processes and automate where possible (Python or PowerShell introduction nice).
• Experience coordinating with InfoSec, IT, Networking, Infrastructure and Identity Management teams.
• Broad technical experience across security platforms (access control, video, intercom, visitor management, AI/analytics).
• Understanding scale-related constraints and designing deployments to mitigate them.
• Experience migrating/upgrading security systems in live facilities with minimal downtime.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS or similar frameworks and strong technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms across Fanatics Collectibles locations.
• Build and maintain staging environments for pre-production testing of security applications and hardware.
• Define installation standards, licensing, updates, and maintenance; capture as repeatable playbooks and templates.
• Deploy integrations between security apps and ensure data sharing before production transitions.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, IT Identity, Networking, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Facilities to onboard tools and secure prerequisites.
