We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Manager to lead security program development and coordination of executive and personnel security across the organization. This role manages risk and vulnerability assessment processes; coordinates advance planning and secure logistics for executive travel and events; and serves as the primary liaison to contracted executive protection professionals when dedicated protective coverage is required. The ideal candidate combines strong security program management experience with sound judgment, discretion, and the relationship-building skills needed to work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Security Operations
- Coordinate security activities with internal security teams, business leaders, and external partners.
- Track domestic and international security developments affecting executive and employee safety, and share relevant updates with leadership and stakeholders.
- Support crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity initiatives.
- Develop and maintain enterprise security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee contracted executive protection personnel when required.
- Coordinate security risk vulnerability assessments of JCI facilities and identified third-party facilities, working with contracted assessment partners as needed.
- Communicate relevant security-related updates to the team, executives, and other appropriate stakeholders regarding risks to JCI personnel, facilities, and associated assets.
2. Executive & Personnel Security Program Management
- Manage risk and vulnerability assessment processes for executives, inclusive of residences, venues, facilities, and related events, working with contracted partners as needed. Develop and recommend mitigation strategies based on identified risks.
- Coordinate advance planning and site assessment processes for executive travel, meetings, conferences, and special events, and develop corresponding security plans in partnership with contracted assessment providers.
- Coordinate secure transportation, accommodations, and logistics for executives and designated personnel.
- Accompany executives on domestic and international travel to provide on-site logistical coordination, situational awareness, and continuity of security planning; serve as the primary liaison to contracted executive protection professionals when dedicated protective coverage is required.
- Coordinate with contracted vendors on monitoring public information sources for content that may pose a risk to executives or the firm's reputation, and route findings for appropriate follow-up.
3. Travel Security
- Coordinate travel risk assessments for domestic and international trips for identified senior personnel and other JCI employees traveling to high-risk locales, working with contracted assessment partners as needed.
- Develop executive travel security plans and contingency measures.
- As required, coordinate with medical, transportation, and security providers for JCI travelers globally.
- Track relevant threat information and provide security updates before and during travel.
4. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership and support staff.
- Liaise with law enforcement, government agencies, and security partners.
- Provide security awareness guidance and protective briefings to executives and their teams.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and personal information.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
- Executive Protection certifications from recognized organizations.
- Knowledge of global security risk trends and crisis management.
- Medical response, first aid, CPR, AED, or tactical emergency casualty care certifications.

Working Conditions
This role operates across corporate offices, executive residences, airports, hotels, and public venues, with domestic and international travel required. The Enterprise Security Manager should be prepared to operate in dynamic environments, adapt to changing schedules, and work flexible hours — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

- $100k - $115k based on experience
