Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Security Manager to lead a hands‑on technical team and advance security across our global enterprise environment. You will manage and develop security engineers while personally leading complex investigations, designing and implementing controls, and building security tooling and automation. The role calls for deep technical knowledge equivalent to a principal security engineer or security architect, combined with the experience and ability to manage and coach others and deliver results as a team. You will translate security priorities into day‑to‑day engineering and operational execution, with clear ownership and measurable results. Working closely with IT, Cloud Security, Product Security, and business partners, you will make practical, risk‑informed decisions that protect the company while enabling it to move forward.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and develop the Enterprise Security team. Set engineering and operational priorities, provide hands‑on technical direction and coaching, and build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and follow‑through.
  • Design, implement, and operate security controls across Microsoft 365 and Entra, endpoints, networks, SaaS, and enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Investigate complex security issues and improve how identities, systems, and sensitive information are protected.
  • Make security coverage visible and reliable across a decentralized global environment.
  • Improve asset inventory, device security, and monitoring, and work with IT and managed security providers to ensure tools are configured, integrated, and delivering useful outcomes.
  • Advance detection and incident response. Connect telemetry across systems, improve investigation and response workflows, and establish clear escalation, containment, and verified recovery practices.
  • Turn vulnerabilities and assessment findings into prioritized, owned, and validated remediation. Work with system owners to drive remediation through verified closure, implement sustainable improvements, and manage practical, time‑bounded risk exceptions.
  • Build and deliver security automation, integrations, dashboards, and AI‑enabled workflows. Use code, APIs, and emerging AI capabilities to improve analysis and response, with appropriate safeguards, human oversight, and measurable benefits.
  • Build effective partnerships with IT, Cloud Security, Product Security, GRC, and Legal. Clarify responsibilities, translate business and regulatory needs into practical controls, and deliver changes with testing, documentation, support readiness, and recovery plans.
  • Communicate progress and material risks clearly to leadership.
What You’ll Bring
  • At least 8 years of experience in security engineering, security architecture, security operations, or closely related technical roles, with deep expertise designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise security controls.
  • Hands‑on experience securing the Microsoft 365 and Entra ecosystem, including identity and access controls, tenant security, and incident investigation.
  • Hands‑on experience securing AWS and Azure environments.
  • Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering and operational work across IT and security teams.
  • Strong technical command of identity, endpoint and infrastructure security, detection and response, and vulnerability management, with a record of leading complex investigations and resolving security risks.
  • A builder’s mindset, with experience writing code, working with APIs, and delivering production‑ready security tooling or automation, including practical experience integrating AI into engineering or operational workflows.
  • Sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to balance security risk with business commitments, engineering constraints, and the experience of the people using our systems.
  • Preferred: CISSP or CISM certification.
Education

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is required.

Benefits
  • Employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, with partial premium coverage for dependents.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • 15 days of accrued vacation and 11 paid holidays.
  • Health and wellness benefits, including a free gym membership.
  • Quarterly team‑building events and a collaborative working environment.
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents)
  • Contributions to 401k funds
  • Over four weeks of PTO per year
