Job summary

Turo Inc. is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Security in San Francisco to provide strategic leadership for the Enterprise Security team. You will oversee the implementation of Zero Trust security frameworks and educate employees on security best practices.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of enterprise security experience and strong knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX & SOC 2. The role offers a target salary of $184k-$230k and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise security focusing on Zero Trust architecture.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team of Security Engineers.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance frameworks and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Enterprise Security team.
• Define Zero Trust security frameworks and ensure their implementation.
• Manage Incident Response efforts and mitigate security risks.
