Qualifications

• Experience with identity and authentication frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and partners.
• Own the setup and deployment of phishing simulation products.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues.

Skills

5+ years in a technical support role

Experience with identity frameworks (Okta, Azure AD)

Knowledge of REST APIs and SQL

Strong communication skills
