Job summary

TeamDynamix is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in a remote capacity supporting ND, MD, NE, IA, and KS, with travel as needed. You will generate Net-New Logo business by engaging executive decision-makers and acting as a trusted advisor in ITSM/ESM/ITAM solutions.

You will work with Sales Development Representatives and Pre-Sales Engineers to close deals, meet quotas, and forecast pipeline in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the Enterprise space with a documented history of success.
• 2+ years of experience in ITSM, or ESM and/or ITAM.

• Generate Net-New Logo business through developing relationships and closing business with executive level decision makers.
• Utilize sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and a hunter sales mentality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by consistently identifying your customers’ needs and pain-points through effective discovery.
• Work closely with a team of Sales Development Representatives to support you with a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to communicate and demonstrate the benefits of TeamDynamix’s solutions to decision makers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIs.
• Provide reliable sales forecasts.

TeamDynamix is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that will support ND, MD, NE, IA, and KS! Travel will be as needed.

TeamDynamix is an award-winning enterprise SaaS solution that brings IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM) & Project Portfolio Management (PPM) together on one, codeless, simple platform. And we are now introducing Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS).

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is selling the company’s portfolio of SaaS solutions to corporate, higher education, healthcare, and state & local government organizations. Reporting directly to the AVP of Sales, this (remote) position represents a significant opportunity to participate in a high-growth, fast-paced and innovative SaaS organization.

About the role

About you

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in the Enterprise space with a documented history of success.
• 2+ years of experience in ITSM, or ESM and/or ITAM.
• Verifiable and consistent track record of exceeding sales quota, building strong pipelines, and closing business.
• Must be able to drive end-to-end sales initiatives from pipeline generation to close.
• Capable of effectively managing a prolonged sales cycle and persuading a committee of key decision makers to act.
• Skilled in the art of contract negotiation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Strong Enterprise level discovery skills and the ability to multi-thread.
• Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time as needed for prospect engagements and industry events.
• Self-starter and with a relentless work ethic.
