For one of our clients, we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling an interoperability suite of products within the healthcare IT space. Your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare systems while managing the full sales cycle. You will drive new business opportunities by understanding client needs, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. With a consultative approach, you will manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure strategic alignment with customer needs.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare IT vendor space.
  • Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships with prospects through a consultative approach.
  • Achieve sales targets by managing pipeline and forecast effectively.
  • Lead virtual selling teams, leveraging resources to maximize opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with healthcare IT trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights.
  • Drive all aspects of the sales process, including needs analysis, product presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare IT, or related field (experience can substitute education).
  • 5-10 years of experience in complex healthcare software sales, particularly with new clients.
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare IT net new sales.
  • Strong passion for technology with a customer-centric focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in health IT, particularly modern systems to address future information and insight challenges.
  • Ability to travel for business needs, including extended plane and car travel.
  • Base salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, with a commission structure.
