Enterprise Sales Director – Data Analytics Start-Up Vendor – Up to $400,000 OTE + stock

Location: East Coast, US (Remote)

About the Company:

StealthWatch is partnered with an early-stage Data Analytics vendor, backed by top-tier investors. Their ground-breaking solution is already powering high-impact use cases in sectors like finance, healthcare, banking and national security—delivering secure AI and analytics without exposing raw data.

The Role:

As the first Enterprise Sales Director on the ground, you’ll own the end-to-end sales motion—from targeting strategic enterprise accounts to closing high-value, complex deals. This is a unique opportunity to build the U.S. sales engine from scratch and eventually grow and lead a high-performing team around you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business across Fortune 1000 and regulated industries (finance, banking, healthcare etc).
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles (CISO, CTO, data science leaders, compliance, procurement).
  • Articulate and evangelize the value of privacy-preserving AI and secure data collaboration.
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and inbound leads.
  • Provide real-time feedback to product and marketing to refine GTM strategy and roadmap.
  • Help define and hire the future sales team as the business scales in the U.S.
About You:
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS sales (data analysis, data science, AI/ML platforms, or privacy/compliance solutions).
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals in complex environments.
  • Comfortable selling emerging technologies and educating a technical buyer base.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—excited to build, iterate, and take ownership.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with a consultative, value-driven approach.
Compensation & Package:
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped variable, targeting up to $400,000 OTE
