Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with the founding team to drive B2B sales and build strong relationships with HR professionals, founders, and CXOs globally. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, delivering product demos, and nurturing corporate partnerships to accelerate Hiresomes growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities across industries.
  • Conduct product demos and present Hiresomes value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise HR leaders, founders, and CXOs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent Hiresome at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or Internet-based companies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and map them to product offerings.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
