Pacer Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide safety initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build and manage a comprehensive project plan, and drive the Safety Culture Transformation Roadmap from inception to completion.

The role requires 7+ years of project management experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to deliver results under tight timelines. This is a senior position with broad impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years’ experience managing projects, programs, or contracts.
• Experience implementing large-scale programs/projects with major impacts.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing project budget, scope, schedule, and resources.
• Experience interfacing with management, multiple departments, and vendors to gain buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive project objectives from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain a master enterprise project plan for complex safety culture projects.
• Execute the Safety Culture Transformation Roadmap and related safety strategies.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, risk analyses, and resource requirements.
• Communicate status updates and facilitate continuous improvement discussions.
