PowerSchool Group LLC is seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist to support and optimize our SaaS portfolio across the IT landscape. You will administer SaaS apps, manage licenses, and ensure secure access while maintaining thorough documentation and processes.
You will collaborate with Security, IT, and Procurement teams, assist with audits, and help rationalize the portfolio to meet business needs. This role requires 2–5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Our Information Technology (IT) team leads all aspects of IT systems and processes across the enterprise, including data services, security, compliance, applications, automation, and end-user services. Through innovative and streamlined technology solutions, this dynamic team enables company growth, protects data, and serves as a critical partner to all departments of PowerSchool.
The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for establishing and configuring enterprise software applications, providing training to IT staff and employees, supporting users, and troubleshooting issues.
