Job summary

PowerSchool Group LLC in the United States (Dallas area) is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator to support and optimize our SaaS portfolio. You will administer and monitor SaaS apps, ensure availability, secure access, and work with IT and security teams on compliance.

You will manage licenses and renewals, document configurations, evaluate new applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of relevant and related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Travel occasionally, up to 5-10%, for team events, training, conferences, etc.
• Additional experience may substitute for an advanced Degree.
• Strong understanding of SaaS environments, licensing, and access management.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Description

The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for establishing and configuring enterprise software applications, providing training to IT staff and employees, supporting users, and troubleshooting issues.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

• Administer and support SaaS applications, ensuring availability, performance, and secure access
• Manage application licenses, renewals, and usage to optimize cost and utilization
• Maintain clear documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes

• Travel occasionally, up to 5-10%, for key moments such as team summits, training, conferences, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
• Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
• Strong understanding of SaaS environments, licensing, and access management
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Atlassian)
• Proven ability to manage licenses, optimize usage, and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Familiarity with application portfolio management, including rationalization and inventory tracking
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with experience working across IT, Security, and Procurement teams
