Our Enterprise & Operational Risk Management team is seeking a manager to help us take our risk management program to the next level. In this role, you will lead a small but multifaceted team tasked with managing enterprise and operational risk across our organization. You will work closely with counterparts across our third party risk management, information security, legal, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge base, has experience leading teams and making meaningful changes to organizational risk management, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remotely from any US location. Travel up to 5% for team meetings, conferences, and training events may be required. Salary range for this position is $95-145k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you’ll be responsible for:
* Manage a team of risk professionals supporting EGRC to create standards and execute the enterprise risk management framework/program.
* Oversee the process and risk owners in the first line to ensure enterprise risks are identified and mitigated according to prescribed policies and programs.
* Evaluate internal controls and documentation to ensure adherence to regulations and internal processes.
* Manage the establishment of an enterprise view of all enterprise risks including operational, third-party, strategic, and reputation.
* Partner with business units and support functions across the organization to identify, manage, and control risks across the organization.
* Lead a team that supports risk management programs, risk oversight, identification, quantification, and aggregation of key and emerging risks across the organization.
* Enhance and provide enterprise & operational risk management training to business leaders, business units and stakeholders as appropriate.
* Continually provide insights on emerging risks and potential solutions to address gaps in risk coverage.
* May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:
* Bachelor’s Degree, or an additional 8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and/or audit for a total of 15 years.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience with compliance, risk management, and/or audit.
* Formal leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams.
* Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management policies and procedures.

What would be nice for you to have:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or Accounting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating with executive leadership regarding organizational risk management efforts.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
* Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP) certification.
