Enterprise Risk Management - Director – Seller & Servicer Oversight

Overview

Fannie Mae is seeking a Director for the Seller & Servicer Oversight team within Enterprise Risk Management. This role involves monitoring selling and servicing activities, including performance, compliance, and credit profiles, to mitigate associated risks through partnership and engagement with the business.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee seller and servicer activities, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.
  • Assess risks related to seller and servicer functions, including internal controls and process gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, and regulatory areas to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and manage risk assessment processes and teams effectively.
Minimum Required Experience
  • 8 years of relevant experience in risk oversight or assessment.
Skills
  • Expertise in seller, servicer, or counterparty risk evaluation and internal controls.
