The ERM function is responsible for building and implementing frameworks/processes to identify, assess, prioritize, mitigate, and report on operational risks across the business. The ERM function will facilitate a centralized approach to managing the firm’s operational risks, collaborating with the relevant teams across modeling, engineering and corporate functions to mitigate identified risks. ERM will strive to promote and foster a culture of operational risk awareness, accountability, continual improvement, and transparency within TSIM. This will include providing reporting on operational risks and mitigants to control functional leadership, business area heads, and senior leadership.

The base pay for this role will be between $100,000 and $150,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
