BECU is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to strengthen its operations risk management program. You will partner with teams to identify risks, validate controls, and support the relaunch of the RCSA program in a high-visibility role.
The position emphasizes collaboration across departments and the adoption of governance, risk and compliance technologies. Eligible candidates will be based in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA and may work remotely or onsite with occasional HQ visits.

The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,000.00-$107,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $68,300.00 - $127,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.
As an Enterprise Risk Analyst supporting Operational Risk Management, you’ll play a key role in strengthening BECU’s risk management practices and operational resilience. You’ll partner with teams across the organization to identify and assess risks, validate controls, and help ensure issues are addressed before they impact our members or business operations. Your work will support a recently relaunched Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, the implementation of a new control validation framework, and ongoing business continuity efforts. In this highly visible role, you’ll help drive meaningful improvements across multiple enterprise risk programs while building strong partnerships across the organization. Your contributions will help ensure BECU remains prepared for growth, change, and continued member service excellence.
To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
The opportunity to play a meaningful role in the evolution of BECU’s Operational Risk Management program during a period of significant growth and transformation. Hands‑on experience supporting a recently relaunched enterprise‑wide RCSA program and the implementation of a new control validation framework. Exposure to multiple risk disciplines, including operational risk, internal controls, findings management, business continuity, and loss event management. Visibility across the organization through collaboration with business leaders, process owners, and enterprise risk stakeholders.
