Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking an Enterprise Risk Associate to monitor KRIs/KPIs, track enterprise risks, and partner with business units to document risks, controls, issues, and remediation plans. This role supports governance through data analysis and risk reporting to the board, helping enhance the bank's risk management framework.

The position emphasizes collaboration across risk disciplines and senior leadership engagement to improve controls and risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the Financial Services or Brokerage Industry.
• 2–5 years of experience in Risk Management within the Financial Services or Brokerage Industry.
• College Degree preferably in accounting, economics or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Risk Management designations.
• FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 24 (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor KRIs and KPIs, including automated calculations.
• Monitor tolerance breaches and develop action plans.
• Document and track operational risks, controls, and KRIs with business units.
• Provide risk reporting for governance and board meetings.
• Drive enhancements to enterprise risk management processes and governance.
