Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required.
• Four+ years of related experience in risk management or IT risk roles is expected.
• Relevant certifications in risk management are preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

This role serves as an analyst supporting the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management workplan for the GuideWell Mutual Holdings Corporation. The role supports multiple risk management programs, such as Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Business Resiliency, and Enterprise Third Party Risk Management. This role will enable the proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve strategic, tactical, and operational objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Business Resiliency, and Enterprise Third Party Risk Management:
• Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Tool Support: Serve as the GRC Tool solution champion for Operational Risk Management, Business Resiliency, and Third-Party Risk Management by managing access roles, performing user training, executing through data analysis/cleanup, creating dashboard reporting. Coordinate GRC Tool changes with GRC Product Owner and other GRC solutions support teams. Assist in the timely delivery of solution implementations, customization, integration, and, or version upgrade projects through all aspects of the development life cycle including requirements analysis (use cases), design, testing (stage and production environments), documentation, and training. Participate in project management meetings utilizing agile principles and tools. Highlight and document impediments, provide feedback, and proposes changes to project implementation specifications.
• Administrative Program Support: Provide support to all risk management programs including preparation, information gathering, review and analysis, validation, risk assessments, report preparation, enablement of decision-making, and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal partners to document risks, continuity plans, mitigation plans, and associated testing. Identify improvement opportunities and make recommendations to improve internal controls and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Craft and deliver well-structured and well-written artifacts for distribution to stakeholders including policies, standard operating procedures, training, memos, status reports, and presentations. Support fulfilling audit requests.
• AI Readiness and Enablement Support: Learn about AI capabilities and applications in the effort to identify potential uses cases. Collaborate in drafting and socializing use cases to stakeholders. Assist in the evaluation of the viability to integrate AI within risk management programs. Assist in the development of roadmaps for AI implementation.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information System

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields with four years or more of related experience.
• Any of the following: Associate Risk Management Professional (ARMP), Associated Healthcare Provider Continuity Professional (AHPCP), Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), Certified Business Continuity Management System (CBCI), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Third-Party Risk Management Professional (C3PRMP), Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP). Certifications are preferable.
