Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an ERP PDM Associate to maintain product data across ERP systems and support engineering changes. You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT to ensure data accuracy and timely resolutions.

This role emphasizes bug screening, lifecycle management, and proactive escalation of blockers to ensure on-time ECO completion and product readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five+ years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Two+ years of experience in supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
  • Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.
  • Identify and bring up blockers for active “bugs” and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.
What We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.
  • Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers.
  • Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service.
