Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas is seeking an ERP PDM Associate to manage product data across ERP systems and support continuous manufacturing improvements.

You will screen and triage end-user tickets, drive bug lifecycle from detection to closure, and escalate blockers for ECOs while collaborating with engineering, production, and business teams. A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of relevant work experience, including two in a manufacturing environment.
• At least two years of experience in supply chain and/or production modules within major ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and deadline-driven execution abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product-related data and configurations in ERP systems.

• Manage the lifecycle of assigned bugs from activation to closure.

What You'll Do

• Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
• Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
• Manage the lifecycle of assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.
• Identify and bring up blockers for active “bugs” and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.
