Job summary

NEW YOU BRANDS is seeking an Enterprise Reporting Analyst to deliver enterprise-wide analysis and reporting solutions focused on Sales and Margin. You will leverage Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to design reports and dashboards while transforming the company’s reporting environment.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and IT to translate requirements into actionable insights, ensure data accuracy, governance, and drive KPI design and continuous improvement in reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business/Marketing/Analytics or related).
• 5+ years applying data insights to Sales & Margin analysis.
• Strong business acumen around Sales & Margin.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or ability to self-learn the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Analyze Sales and Margin data to identify trends, risks and opportunities with actionable insights.
• Present analysis to senior management in a clear, concise way.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and IT to align reporting with goals and needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across outputs; maintain governance.
• Design, monitor, and drive KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Identify automation opportunities and scalable reporting improvements.
• Stay current with Oracle FDI capabilities and industry trends.
