Job summary

Qualifications

• College Degree in a financial, business or systems field of study or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of banking or business systems experience.
• 5 years of experience as a project manager is preferred.
• Superior knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• An understanding of strategy and tactical views and planning processes.
• Corporate, Division, and departmental level change management capabilities.
• Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations.
• Proficient Microsoft Office experience including Word, Access, Excel, Project management tools, and other related software.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-project dependencies for implementation planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Test and Quality Team to schedule test environments.
• Direct preparation of documentation to support planning and execution of the Enterprise Release planning.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing Enterprise Release calendar of events.
• Lead development of detailed implementation schedules, communication, and reporting deliverables for Enterprise Release executions.
• Supervise the release team in day-to-day function, prioritization, availability, and performance.
