Job summary

AT&T in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and deployment of software and infrastructure releases across the enterprise, aligning with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and AI-enabled strategies.

You will own the enterprise release calendar, coordinate across applications, infrastructure, data centers, and security; manage deployments with CI/CD; ensure compliance and post-change learning.

Qualifications

• Expert level knowledge of SDLC for SAFe Agile and DevOps environments; hands-on release/change lifecycle and ITSM.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics, KPI metrics, and Python; Power BI usage.
• Strong governance, playbooks, and cross-team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Release Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute comprehensive release plans for software and infrastructure deployments across enterprise.
• Risk & Issue Management: Use predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to identify, track, and mitigate risks.
• Enterprise-wide Release Calendar Management: Ensure visibility and collision avoidance across IT, Infrastructure, Network, and Operations.
• Deployment & Monitoring: Oversee end-to-end deployment with CI/CD and automation tools.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain audit-ready, SOX-compliant release processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent updates and manage approvals and CAB agendas.
• AI-Enabled Release Management Strategy: Embed AI capabilities to mature enterprise RM/CM across solution areas.
