Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is looking for an Enterprise Release Manager to oversee software releases across the Guidewire Cloud platform. In this role, you will manage release governance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software in a commercial insurance environment.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years of experience, strong Agile expertise, and must be familiar with Guidewire and Azure. You will also be responsible for tracking release performance metrics and facilitating continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive IT delivery experience, particularly in Enterprise Release Management.
• Direct experience with Guidewire and Azure in a production insurance setting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise release calendar for Guidewire Cloud applications.
• Coordinate with teams for environment availability and release readiness.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Establish release governance standards and maintain quality metrics.
• Report on release performance and drive continuous improvement.
