Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a security professional to conduct enterprise-scale penetration testing and red team assessments. You will plan and execute red and purple team scenarios, test networks, apps, and devices, and clearly communicate findings to executives and clients.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience in offensive security, familiarity with Burp Suite Pro and Metasploit, and strong ability to produce high-quality assessment reports. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with penetration testing and red teaming.
• Experience with vulnerability enumeration and exploitation frameworks, including Burp Suite Pro and Metasploit.
• Knowledge of functionality and capabilities of network defense technologies, including incident response, web application firewalls, SIEM, and EDR solutions.
• Ability to write high-quality assessment reports and effectively communicate with clients, teammates, and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end red and purple team scenarios to highlight gaps impacting the organization's security posture.
• Perform penetration testing across internet, intranet, wireless, mobile devices, applications, and web apps.
• Convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Collaborate with Booz Allen's Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions team.
