Job summary

A progressive healthcare technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise RCM Client Manager to oversee RCM operations for enterprise medical practice clients. The role involves managing client relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery of services. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct routine client meetings to review business metrics.
  • Manage and monitor end-to-end RCM process for clients.
  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end RCM process for assigned clients and track RCM KPIs for clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal RCM operations and global team to improve client metrics and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization and collaborate with operational functions on aggressive strategies to facilitate positive client outcomes related to revenue cycle.
  • Establish, implement and manage Practice Performance Plans that identify, quantify and resolve issues that are impacting service levels and/or delivery of contractual obligations, as needed.
  • Review and analyze customer accounts; identify trends and issues, recommend and implement solutions and see through to a successful resolution.
  • Participate in sales calls as needed to demonstrate depth of domain expertise.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on processes and workflows related to RCM Advisor role and maintain knowledge on current healthcare industry and specialty related changes.
  • Keep abreast with ModMed software enhancements and releases.
  • Perform additional projects and job duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our internal RCM operations team and global partners to ensure the achievement of our clients' RCM key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals.
