Job summary

KBR Careers seeks a Director, Enterprise Quality Programs to lead the global quality framework across domestic and international operations. This role partners with executive leadership to align quality initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, CMMI, and customer requirements.

You will establish enterprise quality strategies, govern QMS, and mentor matrixed teams to deliver operational excellence while supporting critical government and commercial missions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 12–15+ years in quality management and continuous improvement.
• 7+ years leading quality programs in complex multi-site environments; government/defense exposure is a plus.
• Proven experience implementing and sustaining ISO 9001, AS9100, CMMI and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality strategy, governance, and program execution across global operations.
• Develop and maintain QMS, with readiness for audits and certifications.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive risk-based decision making and continuous improvement.
• Drive metrics, dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Mentor and develop quality professionals across matrixed teams.
