Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise implementation and consulting engagements through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and governance structures.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and change control.
• Establish effective governance, including status reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Monitor performance against contractual commitments and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet Oracle quality standards and customer acceptance criteria.
• Identify risks and issues early and drive timely resolution and escalation.
