Job summary

Würth Industry US is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on system and application implementations, upgrades, and process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver projects on time and within scope, leveraging Agile or Waterfall methodologies and driving continuous improvement across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or project management required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or process improvement.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or process improvement (Lean/ Six Sigma) preferred.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee enterprise-level projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks while keeping projects within scope.
• Utilize Agile or Waterfall methodologies to drive efficiency.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Lead process reengineering efforts aligned with objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Track performance metrics and report to leadership.
• Translate operational needs into actionable project plans and serve as a liaison between teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication to drive consensus and objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new processes and tools.
• Provide mentorship to team members to build PM capabilities.
• Prepare regular status updates and leadership presentations.
• Maintain transparency and accountability in project and process management.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing business-critical projects across the organization, with a focus on technical initiatives involving system and application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role ensures projects align with organizational goals, optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement. The Enterprise Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage projects efficiently, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and oversee enterprise-level projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet business deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope.
• Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Implement streamlined workflows and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Lead process reengineering efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Establish and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate operational needs into actionable project plans.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES
