Job summary

Path Technologies.com is seeking a Business Analyst within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to work with the business community, understand needs and requirements, and determine feasibility of strategic initiatives across the firm.

Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, defining program scope and goals, assessing risks, and guiding procurement and budgeting processes through the EPMO standards and tool library.

Qualifications

• College degree and 3 years of related experience.
• 1-3 years of Business Process Engineering (BPE) experience.
• 3-5 years of BA Requirements Analysis and Documentation.
• 1-3 years of Test planning and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and determine feasibility of strategic initiatives.
• Determine how initiatives affect stakeholders and the enterprise as a whole.
• Through governance, leverage EPMO tool library and standards to efficiently: determine program scope, define goals and objects, determine risks, procurement needs, and budget.
