Job summary

Ramp is seeking an Associate Manager to lead Premier Support. You will guide a small team of senior specialists, drive performance, and ensure high-quality, timely support for strategic accounts.

The role blends coaching, process design, and close collaboration with Account Management to protect relationships and improve outcomes. We value data-driven decision making, comfort with change, and experience leading in a high-growth FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of people-management experience.
• Minimum 4 years in customer-facing support, technical account management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others.
• Experience leading a team through significant change.
• Strong analytical instincts with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of senior specialists; run weekly 1:1s and create growth plans.
• Own performance; set a bar, recognize top performers, address gaps.
• Own team results: quality, SLA adherence, account triage and on-call coverage.
• Manage escalations; drive resolution and coordinate with Product/Engineering.
• Partner with Account Management to surface risk and align on signals.
• Use data to find root causes and drive process improvements.
