Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
10-12+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects/programs.
5+ years managing portfolio leadership experience.
Experience standing up or improving portfolio governance or PMO models.
Track record delivering initiatives with measurable, finance validated impact.
Continuous improvement exposure: Lean/Six Sigma or similar.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise portfolio governance, stage gates, and consistent executive reporting.
Drive benefit realization and financial rigor in partnership with FP&A.
Deliver the most complex initiatives across multiple functions.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers.
Coordinate with senior leaders to translate strategy into a funded portfolio.
