Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with architecture ownership across multiple teams and stakeholders
• 3+ years designing enterprise-scale software or platform solutions as a Technical Architect
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience (If Associate Degree, minimum 6 years)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end architecture for enterprise software platforms, shared services, and applications.
• Define target-state and transition architectures, including system decomposition, integration patterns, and data flows.
• Lead architecture decisions (build/buy/reuse) and articulate trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor senior engineers and junior architects; promote consistency and engineering excellence.
