Concept Plus is seeking a Data Scientist/Oracle Integration Engineer to lead enterprise data integration efforts for federal IT programs. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, build SQL workloads, and ensure data quality across Oracle databases and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data integration supporting federal IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data integration efforts with emphasis on engineering excellence.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data exchange processes.
• Build SQL-based data workflows, with emphasis on Oracle databases.
• Implement data integration using XML/JSON, APIs, and data mapping techniques.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by validating transformations and monitoring data flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system-to-system data movement, ensuring high availability.
• Understand authoritative data sources and how data moves and is validated.
• Apply domain knowledge to preserve operational meaning of data integrations.
• Prioritize hands-on integration engineering experience over specific tooling.
