RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence.

• Supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams.
• Coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management.
• Manage capacity, performance, and change management processes.
• Report on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related discipline.
• Certifications:
  • ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
• Experience: 10+ years in IT operations with 5+ in a management role.
• Clearance: Public Trust – Moderate Risk.
